NOSEC ONLINE CLUB, hereby identified as "Service Provider", and you, or your company, hereby identified as "Client", sign here, this agreement whose terms are described below:
Client requests the Service Provider to publish in his Disclosure Portal called "Nosecnet.com", the URL of Client's website, provided by Client to Service Provider through the proper filling by Client, in the corresponding field of the form inserted in the “Add your Ad” page of the Service Provider's portal itself .
The Service Provider undertakes to publish the above URL on his Portal called Portal Nosecnet.com, provided all the requirements listed below are fulfilled:
When requesting such publication, the Client shall have inserted into any part of his Website, the Banner specified by the Service Provider;
The Client's Website Content whose URL is being published, should not, under any circumstances, refer to issues related to racial, religious, homophobic, or any kind of prejudices, or political parties of any kind. This Website also should not contain text or images related to sex, pedophilia, condoning to crimes of any nature, and should be in perfect agreement with the US laws;
Client should be aware that the publishing of his URL on this Site is free, therefore the Service Provider will not accept complaints regarding to minimum rates of Uptime x Downtime x (ratio of uptime exposure x unavailable exposure time) and no other type of complaint. Service Provider will exert his best efforts to ensure that the disclosure of Customer URL attains as great availability and efficiency as possible, but without any warranty.
Client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the data he provided to the Service Provider for publication of his URL on the Portal.
Client agrees that these Terms of mutual commitment may be changed at any time by the Service Provider, without any need for prior notification.
By checking the "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service" in the form of Request for Disclosure, the Client agrees to be fully in accordance with its terms, and that he allows the Service Provider to publish the URL he provided, on the Portal Nosecnet. com.
After all requirements described above are fulfilled, the Service Provider undertakes to disclose the URL on his Site, in Section indicated by the Client or in a more appropriate section, If it seems more appropriate.
This agreement has an indefinite validity, and may be revoked by either party at any time, without need for a relevant reason, and without prejudice to any party.
